Our Journey Together ...

Step 1. Fill out the form below or email me directly at info.floralarch@gmail.com. Please give me as much information as possible and I will get back to you to arrange your initial free consultation, this can be done over the phone or in person, which ever suits you best!

Step 2. Now we have a date, we can start discussing all things floral! I advise all my couples to bring mood boards, images or anything they have seen in which they would love for there big day! Its also time for us to get to know one another and make sure we are a perfect fit!

Step 3.  I will go away and create a bespoke proposal based on all things discussed. This will include a detailed description on all flowers required plus a mood board for inspiration, but don’t worry, your ideas don’t have to be set in stone at this stage. We can continue tweaking your ideas until you are happy, in the mean time, a £100 Non refundable deposit is payable to secure your date.

Step 4. With about 6 weeks to go.. we will touch base again, and go over the final details. After this, i will go away and make any amendments to provide you with your final wedding order. Full Payment is then due 2 weeks before your wedding date

step 5. On Your wedding day! I will be out bright and early delivering your flowers and setting up on site. I will discuss with your venue(s) timings and access so you don't need to worry! My favourite part is coming to see you and personally delivering your bouquet! You can just relax and enjoy the rest of your day!
