Terms and Conditions

When booking a wedding with Floral Arch a £100 deposit is required to secure the date of your wedding. This deposit is Non-refundable, and will come off your total wedding flower bill. 

If you choose to postpone your wedding, we will hang on to your deposit until you have confirmed a new wedding date with us. If you choose to cancel your wedding flowers with us, you will loose your deposit.

The final bill owed to us at Floral Arch, must be paid 2 weeks prior to your wedding date, and funds must have cleared. If funds have not been paid by this time, Floral Arch have the right to Cancel the wedding flowers ordered. If you cancel within the two week lead up to your wedding, floral arch have the right to invoice you for the full outstanding balance of your wedding flowers. cancellation must be done no later than 4 weeks before your wedding date.

Once you have booked and paid your deposit, we will arrange a final consultation 6 weeks prior to your wedding date, to confirm numbers and that you are Happy most of all.

Floral arch are happy to hire items to you for your wedding day, but a hire charge will apply. You are responsible for those hired items, and if any item is lost or broken then you will be held responsible to replace those items.

Please note, we have a minimum spend of £1000.
