Cancellation Policy

If you can no longer attend our workshop, I require at least 48 hours notice. Refunds will not be given as its all fresh stock and pre ordered in, but i will create a beautiful bespoke wreath for you and this can be collected or delivered to your address if you are local to us. The deposit you pay, is a £5 non- refundable payment on booking, which secures your place on the workshop, the remaining payment is due 1 week prior to the workshop and i will be in touch to sort this or paid on the day if agreed prior with me.
